云南松不同种源苗木光合特性比较

Compare on Photosynthetic Characteristics Among Provenances of Pinus yunnanensis

  • 摘要: 以5个云南松种源2年生苗为研究对象,采用Li-6400型便携式光合测定仪测定其光合特性,揭示云南松种源间光合特性的差异。结果表明:除光能利用率(LUE)外,其他光合参数在云南松种源间均存在极显著差异;对不同种源的光响应曲线进行拟合,当光照强度刚开始增强时,各种源间净光合速率(Pn)的差异较小,但随着光照强度的继续增加,不同种源间出现很大的差异;大部分光合参数之间存在显著或极显著的相关性,Pn、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)两两之间呈极显著正相关关系,Pn与光合有效辐射(PAR)和Gs的相关系数均较大,是影响光合能力的主导因子。综合比较发现,保山(BS)种源的最大净光合速率(Pmax)、光饱和点(LSP)和水分利用率(WUE)较高,Tr、Gs和光补偿点(LCP)较低,该种源具有较高的潜在光合能力,抗旱能力也较强,表明保山种源具有较强的适应光环境的潜力。

     

    Abstract: The photosynthetic characteristics were compared for twoyearold seedlings of Pinus yunnanensis sampled five provenances by using the Li6400 to reveal the difference of photosynthetic characteristics among provenances.The results indicated that all photosynthetic parameters studied were significant difference (p<001) among provenances of P.yunnanensis except the light use efficiency (LUE).There were light differences in the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) among provenances when the illumination intensity increased initially based on light response curve fitting,but significant differences came to light when the illumination intensity increased progressively. There were significant (p<005) and extremely significant (p<001) correlations most of pairwise photosynthetic indexes.The extremely positive correlations existed in pairwise Pn,stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration (Tr).The correlations were relatively heavy between Pn and Gs as well as photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), which indicated that Pn was a main photosynthetic capacity factor.There were the highest maximum net photosynthetic rate (Pmax),light saturation point (LSP) and water use efficiency (WUE),and the minimum Tr,Gs and light compensation point (LCP) in Baoshan (BS) provenance.The provenance has the high potential photosynthetic capacity and the strong drought resistance ability,which further illustrated Baoshan provenance has the strong potential to adaptable to the light environment.
