注蜡处理对6个树种木材尺寸稳定性的影响

Influence of Paraffin Oil Impregnation on Six Species of Tree Dimensional Stability

  • 摘要: 以尺寸规格为20mm× 20mm×20mm的楸木、柚木、赤桦木、桃花心木、椴木、榉木6个树种的木材为试验材料,在烘箱温度为130℃,处理时间分别为4h和8h的条件下,探究注蜡处理对试材尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明:在相同的温度和处理时间条件下,注蜡处理材的尺寸稳定性要明显优于未处理材,在吸湿性测量中,注蜡材与素材相比,线湿胀率的降低幅度范围在4500 % ~ 9329 %;对于不同树种,注蜡处理对其木材尺寸稳定性提高的幅度也有较大的差异,效果最好的为柚木。

     

    Abstract: With dimension of 20mm×20mm×20mm, six species of tree (Betulaalbo sinensis, Tilia endochrysea, Zelkova schneideriana, Catalpa fargesii f.duclouxii, Swietenia macrophylla, Tectona grandis) were treated for 4 h and 8 h in order to explore the influence of paraffinoil impregnation on woods dimensional stability. The results showed that, under the conditions of the same temperature and treatment time, the dimensional stability of treated wood was significantly better than untreated one. In moisture measurement, the line swelling rate of treated wood was 9329% lower than the control group, the minimum can reach more than 45%; for different species, there were big differences in the dimensional stability among the treated wood. Tectona grandis is the most suitable for this method.
