The Research Trends and Development Prospect of Calotropis gigantea

  • 摘要: 牛角瓜广泛分布于亚洲和非洲热带及亚热带地区,在云南主要分布于干热河谷区,具有药用、纤维、能源等开发利用价值,为不可多得的生态经济型植物。通过对牛角瓜国内外研究资料的分析,介绍牛角瓜在种质资源挖掘和利用、繁育技术、生物生态学、栽培技术、开发利用等方面的研究动态,展望其在药用、纤维、能源等领域的开发利用前景,分析牛角瓜在开发与研究中尚存在的问题,提出了研究方向,旨在为牛角瓜的资源开发及产业推广提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Calotropis gigantea is widely distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions of Asia and Africa, and specifically in the dryhot valley in Yunnan Province, which has important medicinal, fiber, and energy development values. It belongs to the precious ecological and economical resource plant. However, due to C. gigantea has not receive enough attention in China and lacks of intensive cultivation technique system, the promotion of ecological economic values of C. gigantea has been greatly limited. This paper introduces the research trends in utilization of germplasm resource, breeding technique, bioecology property, cultivation technique, development and utilization of C. gigantea. The development prospects in medicinal, fiber, and energy fields of C. gigantea are also discussed. Finally the specific suggestions are proposed based on the problems of C. gigantea in future development and research, which may provide a basis for resource development and industrialization promotion of C. gigantea.
