Abstract:
after unified cut apical buds for 2yearold Pinus yunnanensis seedlings, the L9(34) orthogonal design was applied to implement the experiment of fertilization, praying BY2 and IBA solution on needles, which purpose was to detect the effects of factors and their levels with treatment combinations (TC) on cutting yield, etc. Mean numbers of sprouting buds and new branches were 132-187 bud/plant and 44-97 branch/plant, respectively, when the experiment was carried out for 90 days. After 180 days, mean cutting outputs and the ratios of cutting/branch between the TCs were 26-59 cutting/plant and 13%-522%, respectively, which main factor of influencing these two parameters was BY2, with the optimal theoretical TC of fertilizing organic fertilizer for 005 kg/plant and spraying BY2 solution on the needles for the 40×107 CFU/mL. Organic fertilizer facilitated sprouting buds and increased the cutting yield; the IBA improved sprouting buds and branch growth, while which limited the buds to form the branches; and BY2 could increased cutting yield. Sound seedlings of presenting large basal diameters with non grass stage are the pivotal element of increasing cutting output of P. yunnanensis; simultaneously, based on the condition of sufficient growth nutrients for 2yearold seedlings, spraying 40×107 CFU/mL of the BY2 solution on the needle could be facilitated cutting yield as well.
