野生怒江红山茶果实产量性状间的相关性研究

Study on Correlation of Fruits Yield Traits of Wild Camellia saluenensis in Yunnan Nujiang River

  • 摘要: 在云南怒江红山茶主产区初选的188株野生怒江红山茶中,复选出43株单株作为试验样本,对其7个果实产量性状进行差异性及相关性分析。结果表明:单株间果实产量性状的变异系数大小顺序为:冠幅单位面积鲜果产量>鲜果质量>种仁含油率>鲜果含油率>干出籽率>鲜出籽率>干出仁率。除干出仁率和鲜果质量在各分布点间呈现差异不显著外,其余果实产量性状均呈现显著性差异;在7个果实产量性状中,干出籽率与鲜果质量、鲜果含油率与鲜果质量、鲜果含油率与干出籽率、鲜果含油率与干出仁率、鲜果含油率与种仁含油率具有显著的相关关系,其他果实产量性状间相关不显著。各果实产量性状与鲜果含油率的相关程度为:干出仁率(0444)>种仁含油率(0318)>冠幅单位面积鲜果产量(-0018)>鲜出籽率(-0218)>鲜果质量(-0556)>干出籽率(-0697)。冠幅单位面积产量达到1 kg/m2的有5株,冠幅单位面积产油量达006 kg/m2的5株,分别为BLT48、FYC32、FYC33、FYC81、LCY75,其中FYC33单株产油量达045kg/m2,以上均为高产油单株,是良好的育种材料。

     

    Abstract: The study was on difference and correlation of 7 yield characters for 43 seeding plus trees fruits of Camellia which the main producing areas Camellia saluenensis primaries 188 wild Camellia saluenensis of Yuanan. The results showed that : the order of variation coefficient of yield characters among single plus trees was : crown fruit yield per unit area > skin is heavy> oil content ratio in dry kernel > oil content ratio in fresh fruit >dry seed content ratio in fresh fruit >fresh seed content ratio in fresh fruit > kernel content ratio in dry seed. There are to a certain degree correlation between seven yield characters each other. Except for dry seed content ratio in fresh fruit tend skin weight、oil content ratio in fresh fruit and skin weight、oil content ratio in fresh fruit and dry seed content ratio in fresh fruit、oil content ratio in fresh fruit and kernel content ratio in dry seed、oil content ratio in fresh fruit and oil content ratio in dry kernel showed significant difference,other yield characters showed unsignificant difference between each other. The fruit yield character and the relevance of the fresh fruit oil content is: dry kernel (0444) > the seeds oil content (0318)> crown fruit yield per unit area (-0018) > fresh out of the seed rate (-0218) > peel weight -(0556) > dry seed yield (-0697).Crown yield per unit area reaches 1 kg/m2 are five, crown unit area oil production amounted to 006 kg/m2 of 5, respectively BLT48, FYC32, FYC33, FYC81, LCY75, which FYC33 plant up to 045 kg/m2, are yielding more oil per plant, it is a good breeding material.
