超声波法检测木材内部孔洞缺陷的研究

Experimental Study on Testing Internal Hole Defects of Wood by Ultrasonic Method

  • 摘要: 利用Sylvatest-Duo超声波检测仪对健康杉木材和含有不同孔洞缺陷尺寸的杉木材进行测试,得到超声波传播速度与不同孔洞直径的定量关系。结果表明:超声波在杉木健康材中的径向传播速度范围为1423 ~1672m/s;杉木内部存在缺陷时,超声波径向传播速度会明显降低;通过对超声波传播速度与缺陷直径大小的回归,发现二者存在明显的负相关性,决定系数>08;采用指数函数模型和线性函数模型对缺陷大小与超声波传播速度进行回归分析,发现不同类型的缺陷理想回归模型不同。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of ultrasonic nondestructive testing, using Sylva test-Duo ultrasonic detector to test the healthy wood and internal different sizes defects wood, achieved the quantitative relationship between ultrasonic propagation velocity and hole diameters. The analysis results showed that the radial velocity of ultrasonic spreading in the healthy wood was range of 1 423 -1 627 m/s2; the wood internal hole defects could cause the significantly decrease of the radial velocity of ultrasonic spreading. The relationship between the ultrasonic propagation velocity and the size of the defect diameters were fitted to curves, and defect size was significantly negatively correlated with radial velocity, the high fitting degree of >08. Exponential function model and a linear function model were adopted to analyze the relationship between the ultrasonic propagation velocity and the size of the defect diameter,and found that the ideal mathematical model of different types defects was different.
