重组竹制备工艺对力学性能的影响

Effect of Preparation Technology on Mechanical Properties of Reconstituted Bamboo

  • 摘要: 采用自制的中温固化酚醛树脂胶黏剂为粘结剂制备重组竹材,探索重组竹密度、竹束疏解次数、胶液固体含量、热压温度和热压时间对重组竹力学性能的影响。结果表明:重组竹密度为095g/cm3,竹束疏解3次,胶液固体含量为25%,热压温度为125℃,热压时间为11min/mm时,重组竹物理力学性能最优。

     

    Abstract: Reconstituted bamboo was prepared with the independent research and development of moderate temperature curing phenolformaldehyde resin adhesive as binder. The effect of density of reconstituted bamboo, crushing times of bamboo beam, solid content of adhesive, hot pressing temperature and time on the mechanical properties of reconstituted bamboo was studied.The research results showed that under the conditions of this study,when the density of recombinant bamboo was 095 g/cm3,crushing times of bamboo beam was 3 times,solid content of adhesive was 25%, hot pressing temperature was 125 °C and hot pressing time was 11 min/mm,reconstituted bamboo had the optimal mechanical properties.
