Abstract:
In this study, Qiongzhuea tumidinoda seedlings were chosen as the research objects. The effects on annual container seedling growth with 3 test factors including different container material, different container specification and different amount of slow release base fertilizer were systematic analyzed by orthogonal design method. The results showed that the light matrix container seedling with the treatment of 10cm × 14cm nonwoven bags and 2kg/m3 slow release fertilizer. Stem diameter and seedlings height were 033cm and 4050cm and 6190% and 2376% higher than the worst one, respectively. Tiller number was 820, 9523% above the worst treatment one. The root length and the number of first order roots were 2106cm and 2880, respectively. The seedlings biomass was 1501g, and the allocation ratio of root biomass was significantly increased. Nitrogen content and Chlorophyll content were 294mg/g and 3338mg/g, respectively. It was the highest seedling quality index. Accordingly, the treatment in this study was the best choice for annual seedlings of Qiongzhuea tumidinoda under light matrix container nursery.
