蒜头果种仁油抗氧化活性成分研究

Study on Constituents with Antioxidant Activity in Seed Oil of Malania oleifera

  • 摘要: 对云南文山广南的蒜头果种仁油进行提取,对其抗氧化活性进行分析,并对具有抗氧化活性的成分进行分离和鉴定。结果表明:蒜头果种仁油具有一定的清除DPPH·自由基能力,与橄榄油相比,蒜头果油相对较弱,当其浓度达到100mg/mL时,能清除50%左右的DPPH·自由基;蒜头果种仁油中具有抗氧化能力的化合物有2种,经GCMS分析后确定分别为亚油酸和棕榈酸,但其抗氧化活性较VC弱。

     

    Abstract: The seed oil of Malania oleifera in Guangnan, Wenshan, Yunnan were extracted, antioxidant activity of the seed oil were tested, then constituents with antioxidant activity were separated and identified. The results showed that seed oil of Malania oleifera had a certain degree of scavenging activity on DPPH·radical, it was relatively weaker compared with olive oil. 100mg/mL seed oil of Malania oleifera could clear approximately 50% DPPH·radical. There were two chemical compounds in the seed oil of Malania oleifera with the capacity of antioxidant, those two chemical compounds were confirmed as linoleic acid and palmitic acid via GCMS analysis, and their antioxidant activity were weaker than VC.
