Abstract:
The shoots of ‘Gardenblue’, ‘Premier’ and ‘Brightwell’ of blueberry (Vaccinium ashei) were chosen as experimental materials and tissue culture system was set up successfully in the study. The results of the study were as follows: Different hormone had different effects on adventitious buds in multiplication. The effects of ZT dominated in all factors associated, and 20mg/L ZT was the most apt for shoot proliferation. NAA had a significant effect on the shoot height. When NAA concentrations were higher than 0005mg/L, with the NAA concentration increased, the shoot height would be reduced significantly. Difference between varieties had no obvious effect on adventitious bud induction. The shoots cultured in the medium supplemented with 20mg/L ZT and 0010mg/L NAA had the best performance. Proliferation rate reached 412, and shoots grew well. The shoots cultured in the 1/2 WPM medium supplemented with 20mg/L IBA were appropriate, and it achieved the best rooting rate of the 9210%, and the roots kept good condition of growth.
