贵州不同引种地油用牡丹种子营养成分含量分析

Nutritional Components of Oil Peony Seeds in Different Introduction Areas of Guizhou

  • 摘要: 为研究油用牡丹优良品种选育的新途径, 以贵州不同引种地"紫斑"和"凤丹"油用牡丹为试验材料, 对其种子在成熟过程中不同时期的营养成分含量进行分析。结果表明:油用牡丹种子中含有丰富的脂肪、蛋白质以及微量元素, 贵阳引种栽培的"凤丹"油用牡丹种子脂肪含量高于安龙和兴义, 其黄熟期和褐熟期的脂肪酸含量可达31.79%和35.39%, 安龙引种栽培的"凤丹"油用牡丹蛋白质含量高于兴义和贵阳; 不同引种地油用牡丹种子微量元素测试中钾元素含量最高为24%左右, 镁元素含量最低为0.24%左右, 钙、钠、铁、锰、铜元素居中。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the new theoretical basis of the breeding with fine oil peony varieties, this paper took ′Purple′ and ′Fengdan′ oil peony that introducted from different areas in Guizhou as experiment materials, and analyzed the content of nutritional components of oil peony seeds at different stages during the maturation process.The results showed that the oil peony seeds contains rich fat, protein and trace elements, fat content of ′Fengdan′ oil peony seeds that introducted from Guiyang was higher than that from Anlong and Xingyi, and their content of fatty acid of brown yellow ripening stage and ripe stage was 31.79% and 35.39%.Protein content of ′Fengdan′ oil peony seeds that introducted from Anlong was higher than that from Xingyi and Guiyang.The content of potassium in the test of trace elements of oil peony seeds was about 24%, and the content of magnesium was about 0.24%, and the contents of Ca, Na, Fe, Mn and Cu were in the middle.
