毛白杨生长特性对染液导入的响应

Responses of Growth Characteristics of Populus tomentosa to Dye Import

  • 摘要: 选择毛白杨为试材,以酸性大红GR为染料,采用穿孔染色法进行立木染色,用TDP茎流计、Li-6400光合仪对其液流和光合变化进行监测。结果发现,染液在毛白杨树体内的运输和渗透呈现双向性,染色孔以上,随高度增加,色差减小,明度增加,红绿色品指数降低;染色孔以下,高度越低,色差越小。在染液影响下,树干液流速率呈现逐步下降的趋势,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率亦逐步降低。

     

    Abstract: The article selected Populus tomentosa as tested material, perforation dyeing method was used to dye the wood, acid brilliant scarlet GR as the dyestuff, thermal dissipation probe (TDP) and Li-6400 photosynthesis system were applied to measure the sap flow during dyeing and monitor the changes in photosynthesis, respectively. The results showed that the direction of transport and penetration of the dye in trunk presented two-way. In the above dyeing hole, the ΔL* value increased and ΔE*, Δa*, Δb* decreased gradually with the increase of dyeing height. In the lower part of the dyeing hole, ΔE* decrease gradually with the decrease of dyeing height. Sap flow velocity went down gradually under the influence of the dye, and the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate also gradually decreased.
