抗生素与除草剂对尾巨桉离体植株再生的影响

Effects of Antibiotics and Herbicides on In Vitro Plant Regeneration of Eucalyptus grandis × E.urophylla Clone SP7

  • 摘要: 为研究不同抗生素和除草剂对尾巨桉无性系SP7再生体系建立过程中叶片诱导植株再生的影响,在尾巨桉无性系SP7不定芽诱导和生根诱导培养基中添加不同浓度的卡那霉素、潮霉素、草甘膦和草胺膦。结果表明:卡那霉素、潮霉素、草甘膦和草胺膦对桉树无性系SP7叶片不定芽诱导和生根诱导过程中的影响显著。潮霉素、卡那霉素、草甘膦、草胺膦浓度分别为10、40、40、2.5 mg/L时不定芽的产生完全受到抑制;在生根诱导培养基中分别添加8 mg/L潮霉素、50 mg/L卡那霉素、30 mg/L草甘膦、7.5 mg/L草胺膦时,不定芽的生根完全受到抑制。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the effects of antibiotics and herbicides on the regeneration of adventitious shoots from leaves were studied in Eucalyptus grandis × E.urophylla clone SP7. Different concentrations of hygromycin, kanamycin, glyphosate and basta were added into mediums of buds regeneration and root induction individually. The results showed that hygromycin, kanamycin, glyphosate and basta had significant effects on adventitious buds regeneration and root induction of Eucalyptus grandis × E.urophylla clone SP7. The regeneration of adventitious buds from the explants were remarkably inhibited while the concentrations of hygromycin, kanamycin, glyphosate and basta in the medium were 10 mg/L, 40 mg/L, 40 mg/L and 2.5 mg/L respectively. Adding hygromycin, kanamycin, glyphosate and basta with concentrations of 8 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 30 mg/L and 7.5 mg/L respectively in mediums of root induction, adventitious roots could not induced.
