基于层次分析法的药用石斛种质资源评价

Evaluating Germplasm of Medicinal Dendrobium spp. via Analytic Hierarchy Process

  • 摘要: 运用层次分析法,确定以生长性状、环境适应性、经济性状为种质资源评价的主要指标,构建以加工性能、生物碱含量、移栽难易、多糖含量等9个评价因子的权重值药用石斛综合评价体系,并以此为依据对湖北英山县引种收集的13个药用石斛种质资源进行评价。结果表明:将13个药用石斛种质资源分为优良种质、较优种质、一般种质、差种质4个等级,其中湖北英山本地栽种的霍山石斛和红杆铁皮石斛、江西引种的铜皮石斛、浙江引种的青杆铁皮石斛4个种质在经济性状、生长性状和环境适应能力上均优于其他种质,可作为湖北大别山区的优质药用石斛种源进行大面积的推广种植。

     

    Abstract: To establish a comprehensive evaluation system of medicinal Dendrobium spp. with AHP method taking the growth traits, environmental adaptability and economic traits into consideration.The weight value of 9 evaluating factors including processing performance, alkaloid content, transplant difficulty and polysaccharide content was calculated. According to this system, 13 germplasm collecting of Yingshan in Hubei are evaluated comprehensively. The results showed that 13 medicinal Dendrobium spp. germplasm varieties are divided into 4 grades including excellent, good, general and poor. The 4 germplasm varieties including locally grown D.huoshanense and D.officinale of Yingshan in Hubei Province, D.monlilifoume introduced from Jiangxi Province and D.officinale introduced from Zhejiang Province were superior to other germplasm varieties in economic traits, growth traits and environmental adaptability, which could be applied to industrial production of medicinal Dendrobium spp. in Dabie mountainous region of Hubei Province.
