滇中3个主要造林树种树皮的热解特性

The Pyrolysis Characteristics of the Bark of 3 Main Afforestation Tree Species in Central Yunnan

  • 摘要: 为了解滇中地区3个主要造林树种旱冬瓜、华山松和云南松树皮的热解特性,在10、20、30 ℃/min 3种不同的升温速率下对这3种树皮进行热重试验,计算了动力学参数并建立了动力学方程。结果表明:在25~800 ℃的温度范围内热解,失重率从小到大排列顺序依次为旱冬瓜、华山松、云南松;3种树皮的TG曲线十分相似,都遵循相同的热解机理。3种树皮的热解过程均可以用一级动力学方程描述,活化能从小到大依次为:华山松、云南松、旱冬瓜,说明旱冬瓜的树皮具有良好的防火性能,华山松树皮的防火性能差。

     

    Abstract: In order to understand the pyrolysis characteristics of 3 main afforestation tree species of Alnus nepalensis, Pinus armandii and P.yunnanensis in central Yunnan, the 3 kinds of bark were subjected to thermogravimetric test at 10 ℃/min, 20 ℃/min and 30 ℃/min. The kinetic parameters were calculated and the kinetic equation was established. The analysis showed that the order of weight loss rate was A.nepalensis > P.armandii > P.yunnanensis when the pyrolysis temperature in a range of 25-800 ℃. The TG curves of the 3 barks were very similar, followed the same pyrolysis mechanism. The combustion process of the 3 kinds of bark can be described by first-order kinetics equation and activation energy order from small to large was P.armandii, P.yunnanensis and A.nepalensis. It indicated that A.nepalensis bark has good fireproof performance and poor in P.armandii bark.
