刨花润楠不同种源种子性状的变异分析

The Analysis on Seed Character Variation in Machilus pauhoi of Different Provenances

  • 摘要: 对23个种源刨花润楠群体间的表型变异及其与地理气候因子的相关性进行分析。结果表明:种子的长、宽、厚、长宽比、宽厚比及百粒质量6个性状在种源间存在极显著差异,其中,种子长、宽、厚两两之间呈极显著正相关;百粒质量与种子长、宽、厚均呈极显著正相关;刨花润楠种子长、种子宽及种子长宽比等性状与采种点分布区纬度呈极显著正相关,即由南向北逐渐增大;对刨花润楠23个种源进行聚类,可将其划分为3大类。

     

    Abstract: The morphological diversities among populations and their correlation with geographical climatic factors of Machilus pauhoi from 23 provenances were discussed. The results showed that there were significant differences in 6 characters of the seed length, seed width, seed thickness, seed length-width ratio, seed width-thickness ratio and seed hundred-grain weight among provenances. Among them, seed length, seed width and seed thickness were positively and significantly correlated between each other, seed hundred-grain weight was positively and significantly correlated with seed length, seed width and seed thickness. The seed length, seed width, seed length-width ratio and other character were positively and significantly correlated with the latitude of distribution area of seed collecting points, which was gradually increasing from south to north. According to cluster analysis, M. pauhoi from 23 provenances could be divided into 3 provenance region.
