格氏栲天然林凋落物单宁提取工艺研究

Optimum Conditions on Extraction of Tannins from Litter of Castanopsis kawakamii Natural Forest

  • 摘要: 为研究格氏栲天然林凋落物的单宁含量,对凋落物单宁提取的最佳工艺进行探讨。采用香草醛法测定单宁含量,将乙醇作为提取溶剂,选择乙醇浓度、浸提温度与溶剂体积等因素进行单因素和L9 (33)正交试验。结果表明:在乙醇浓度70%,提取温度80 ℃,乙醇体积15 mL的条件下,单宁提取效果最佳,提取单宁含量为30.58 mg/g。

     

    Abstract: The optimum process of extracting tannins were studied and made use of vanillin-assay to determine the tannins content from litter of Castanopsis kawakamii natural forest. Ethanol as extraction solvent was used to the extraction conditions. The conditions including solvent strength, extraction temperature and solvent volume, were made by using combined method of single factor analysis and L9(33) orthogonal design. The result showed that the ethanol solution 70%, extraction temperature 80 ℃ and volume of ethanol-water solution were the oprimum conditions in tannin extraction. The extraction content of the tannin was 30.58 g/kg.
