Abstract:
The optimum process of extracting tannins were studied and made use of vanillin-assay to determine the tannins content from litter of
Castanopsis kawakamii natural forest. Ethanol as extraction solvent was used to the extraction conditions. The conditions including solvent strength, extraction temperature and solvent volume, were made by using combined method of single factor analysis and
L9(3
3) orthogonal design. The result showed that the ethanol solution 70%, extraction temperature 80 ℃ and volume of ethanol-water solution were the oprimum conditions in tannin extraction. The extraction content of the tannin was 30.58 g/kg.
