Abstract:
To screen the antibacterial endophytic fungi of
Juglans regia, the antagonistic activity of endophytic fungus and the antimicrobial activity of its metabolites were determined by confrontation culture method, growth rate method and Kirby-Bauer method, 6 plant pathogenic fungus and 5 bacterial pathogens were used as indicators. The results showed that 6 strains of endophytic fungus were screened, whose antimicrobial activity of the metabolites was obvious, especially
Fusarium camptoceras LTL-G3,
Trichoderma YJL-3 and
Drechslera YJL-14. There may be some unique antimicrobial active substances in their secondary metabolites, which deserve further studying. The findings also indicated that
Alternaria sonali and
Clostridium perfringens responded to the metabolites of endophytic fungus more distinctly.
