柳叶红千层分离黄酮的成分及其生物活性研究

Flavones and Their Biological Activities from the Leaves of Callistemon salignus

  • 摘要: 利用硅胶和葡聚糖凝胶柱层析方法对柳叶红千层叶中化学成分进行分离纯化并结合波谱数据和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构,同时测定其抗氧化和抗菌的活性。结果表明:从柳叶红千层叶中分离得到2个化合物,其结构鉴定为5-羟基-6, 8-二甲基-7, 4′-二甲氧基黄酮和5-羟基-6-甲基-7, 4′-二甲氧基黄酮。5-羟基-6-甲基-7, 4′-二甲氧基黄酮表现出较明显的抗氧化活性IC50值20.0 μg/mL,并表现出一定的抗菌活性,对大肠杆菌的MIC值为62.5 μg/mL。

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents from Callistemon salignus were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical property analyses. The antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of isolates were also evaluated. Two flavones were obtained from C.salignus and their structures were identified as 5-hydroxy-6, 8-dimethy-7, 4′-dimethoxy flavone and 5-hydroxy-6-methyl-7, 4′-dimethoxyflavone. The last two exhibited significant antioxidant with IC50=20.0 μg/mL, and the antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922) with MIC=62.5 μg/mL.
