腾冲红花油茶籽壳中三萜的分离鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Triterpenoids from the Seed Shell of Camellia reticulate f. simplex

  • 摘要: 为研究腾冲红花油茶籽壳的三萜类化学成分,利用柱色谱法对其80%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行分离纯化,根据质谱和核磁共振波谱数据进行结构鉴定。从腾冲红花油茶籽壳中分离鉴定出2个三萜化合物,化合物的名称分别为齐墩果酸(1)和3β-O-乙酰齐墩果酸(2)。

     

    Abstract: The chemical constituents of ethyl acetate fraction of 80% aqueous ethanol extracts from the seed shell of Camellia reticulata f. simplex were isolated by column chromatographic techniques, and their structures were identified by MS and NMR spectral analyses. Two triterpenoids were isolated from the seed shell of C.reticulata f. simplex, and their structures were identified to be oleanolic acid(1)and 3β-O-acetyloleanolic acid(2), respectively.
