茎干通直与扭曲云南松种子萌发特性比较

Compare on Seed Germination Characteristics Between Straight and Twisted or Crooked Trunk of Pinus yunnanensis

  • 摘要: 以云南松通直与扭曲2种不同茎干类型植株种子为试材,对其发芽特征进行了比较分析。结果表明:发芽率、发芽势、平均发芽时间、平均发芽系数、日均发芽率、发芽指数、峰值和发芽值8个发芽指标变异较大,通直和扭曲2种茎干类型的变异系数分别为8.13%~41.20%和9.45%~42.35%;茎干扭曲类型云南松发芽指标变异系数稍大于茎干通直类型,茎干通直类型表现较稳定,但两者差异未达到显著水平;除发芽势外,其余7个指标在各类型内单株间均存在极显著差异,但8个指标在通直与扭曲2种茎干类型间差异不显著。因此,2种茎干类型云南松种子发芽特征差异不明显。

     

    Abstract: Two different types seeds of Pinus yunnanensis (straight and twisted or crooked) were used as experimental material, the germination characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that there was larger variation in 8 germination characteristics including germination rate, germination potential, average germination time, average germination coefficient, daily germination rate, germination index, peak value and germination value. The coefficient of variation in straight type was 8.13%-41.20% and 9.45%-42.35% in straight and twisted or crooked type. All the germination characteristics variation coefficient of the twisted or crooked type were higher than that of the straight type, the straight type was more stable, the phenotypic variations were not significant between straight and twisted or crooked types. There was a highly significant difference under the germination characteristics except for germination potential among different plants within the same type, but all germination characteristics were not significant between straight and twisted or crooked types. It suggested that the difference of seed germination characteristics was not obvious between straight and twisted or crooked types.
