中华松针蚧成虫的空间分布型及抽样技术研究

Spatial Distribution Patterns and Sampling Techniques of Matsucoccus sinensis Adult

  • 摘要: 运用聚集度指数法、频次分布检验法、线性回归方程检验法探讨云南松一种重要害虫,即中华松针蚧成虫的空间分布型及抽样技术,揭示其成虫的行为、习性、活动规律,确定了其在林间的适宜抽样调查方法。结果表明:中华松针蚧的空间分布型属聚集型的负二项分布。根据Iwao提出的m*-m回归方程,建立了精度分别为0.05、0.10和0.20时的理论抽样数表,在中华松针蚧为1头/10 cm枝梢、2头/10 cm枝梢、4头/10 cm枝梢时,其累计虫口数的上、下限分别为1 094和68, 735和46, 555和35。

     

    Abstract: In order to reveal the behavior, habits, and activity regularity of Matsucoccus sinensis adult and determine its appropriate sampling method among the forest, the spatial distribution and sampling techniques were studied by the aggregation indices, liner regression analysis and comparative frequency methods. The results showed that the adult had an aggregated spatial distribution pattern and was the negative binomial distribution. The theoretical sampling list with precision of 0.05, 0.10 and 0.20 could be calculated by the Iwao m*-m regression equation. The upper limit and lower limit of accumulated adult for 1, 2 and 4 adult per 10 cm topmost branches of the tree were 1 094 and 68, 735 and 46, 555 and 35 respectively.
