5种楠属植物叶形态与高光谱特征比较

Comparison of Leaf Morphology and Hyperspectral Characteristics of 5 Species Phoebe

  • 摘要: 以白楠、闽楠、浙江楠、紫楠和桢楠5种楠属植物的叶片为材料,对其形态进行综合性分析和比较;运用高光谱技术,对5种楠属植物的叶片进行光谱的采集和提取,用逐步判别法筛选出特征波段,结合Fisher线性判别方法,构建判别分析模型。结果表明:白楠、浙江楠和紫楠存在明显差异,较容易区分,闽楠和桢楠形态较为相似,仅凭借叶片形状、大小、叶片表皮毛附着情况很难区分,还应该从其他方面加以甄别。5种楠属植物的反射光谱特征波段主要集中在300~1 100 nm;在波长530~580 nm会出现一个反射波峰,反射波峰值的大小顺序为白楠>闽楠>桢楠>浙江楠>紫楠。判别分析模型能够将这5种楠属植物较为准确的区分开来,为快速进行楠属植物的鉴定提供了一种新的可行的方法。

     

    Abstract: Taking leaves of Phoebe neurantha, Phoebe bournei, Phoebe chekiangensis, Phoebe sheareri and Phoebe zhennan as materials, which made comprehensive analysis and comparison on morphology. Using hyperspectral technology, the spectral collection and extraction of 5 species Phoebe were carried out. The discriminant analysis method was used to discriminate the characteristic bands and the Fisher linear discriminant method was used to construct the discriminant analysis model. Results showed that there were significant differences among P.neurantha, P.zhennan and P.sheareri, and they were easier to distinguish. But P.zhennanwas was similar to P.bournei. It was difficult to distinguish them from each other only based on the gross-morphology and epidermis adhesion of the leaves. The spectral reflectance characteristics of 5 species Phoebe mainly focused on 300 nm to 1 100 nm. There was a reflect crest between wavelengths 530 nm to 580 nm. The sequence of the refection wavelength was P.neurantha > P.bournei > P.zhennan > P.chekiangensis > P.sheareri. 5 species of Phoebe can be easily distinguished from discriminant analysis model. It also provide a new practicable way for identifying Phoebe species more quickly.
