1996—2013年火灾对中国森林碳汇损失估算的研究

Estimation of Forest Carbon Sinks Loss Caused by Fire in China During 1996-2013

  • 摘要: 根据1996-2013年全国各省份(自治区、直辖市)森林受害蓄积和受害森林面积数据, 采用LY/Y 1721-2008《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》植被年固碳量计算方法, 估算我国森林火灾造成的直接和间接碳汇损失量。结果表明:我国1996-2013年森林火灾造成的直接和间接碳汇损失量共计为67.52 × 106 t, 经济价值损失达101.29亿美元, 其中直接碳损失量45.63 × 106 t, 直接经济价值损失68.45亿美元, 间接碳汇损失量21.89 × 106 t, 间接经济价值损失32.84亿美元, 年均碳汇损失总量3.75 × 106 t, 年均经济价值损失5.63亿美元。

     

    Abstract: Based on the data of forest damage accumulation and affected forest area in Chinese provinces (city) during 1996-2013, direct and indirect loss of carbon sinks were estimated by the forestry industry standard (LY/Y 1721-2008) Estimation of direct and indirect carbon loss caused by forest fire was 67.52 × 106 t during 1996-2013, the economic value was $10.129 × 108.Among all loss, direct carbon loss was 45.63 × 106 t, the direct economic loss was $6.845 × 108, the indirect carbon loss was 21.89 × 106 t, the indirect economic loss was $3.284 × 106, the average annual loss was 3.75 × 106 t, of total carbon.An annual economic loss was $563 × 108.
