紫胶树脂-羟丙基甲基纤维素复合膜的特性研究

Charecters of Complex Film Made by Shellac and Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose

  • 摘要: 为改善紫胶树脂成膜后的物化性能, 使用羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)与紫胶树脂进行物理共混制备复合膜, 分别以ω(HPMC)为0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%进行共混, 并对复合膜的特性进行测定和分析。结果表明:紫胶树脂与HPMC可以通过水相物理共混法进行共混成膜, HPMC的加入可以提高紫胶树脂膜的致密程度; ω(HPMC)为40%时, 复合膜的玻璃化转变温度最低, 熔融温度及所需热量最高, 即作为耐热材料使用时, 该配比条件下的抗熔融流变性最佳; ω(HPMC)为40%时, 复合膜的亲水性最佳; 复合膜的水溶性及吸湿性均随着HPMC含量的增加而增加。

     

    Abstract: To improve physical and chemical performance of shellac film, adding HPMC (Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose) with the content of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% into shellac film.Characters of the complex film were tested.The results showed that shellac and HPMC could be combined and made to film via physical blending, HPMC could enhance the film′s density.When ω(HPMC) was 40%, complex film′s Tg was lowest, melt temperature was highest, which needed most amount of heat and had optimum anti-melt property when it was used as heat-resisting material.When ω(HPMC) was 40%, the water-solubility and hygroscopicity of complex film increased with the increasing of HPMC′s amount.
