糠醇与甲醛在酸碱介质中的ESI-MS分析

The ESI-MS Analysis of Furfuryl Alcohol and Formaldehyde in the Acid and Alkali Mediums

  • 摘要: 以糠醇与甲醛为研究对象, 通过电喷雾电离质谱仪(ESI-MS)分析糠醇与甲醛在酸碱介质中的反应规律。结果表明, 糠醇与甲醛在碱性条件下很稳定, 不产生糠醇自缩聚结构, 也没有糠醇与甲醛反应结构; 酸性条件下, 糠醇的5号位与甲醛发生了羟甲基化, 同时大量存在糠醇的自缩聚反应, 两者是一种竞争关系。

     

    Abstract: Taking furfurly alcohol as objects, the reactions of furfuryl alcohol and formaldehyde in acid and alkali mediums were investigated via using electrospray ionization mass spectrometer (ESI-MS).The results showed that, furfuryl alcohol and formaldehyde was stable under alkaline conditions, it did not produce self condensation structure, and no reaction between furfuryl alcohol and formaldehyde.Under the acidic conditions, No.5 carbon and hydroxymethyl of furfuryl alcohol occurred hydroxylation.At the same time, there were a lot of self condensation polymerization of furfuryl alcohol, which were competitive responses.
