Abstract:
The pollen of
Cerasus campanulata were taken as material, aiming at studying the influence of pollen germination on different concentrations of sucrose, boric acid, calcium chloride by in vitro method. And the pollen preservation test was carried out under 3 kinds of low temperature conditions The result showed that the most suitable formula for pollen culture in vitro was 15% sucrose + 50 mg/L boric acid + 100 mg/L calcium chloride. Reducing the storage temperature can prolong the preservation of the pollen. Pollen almost dead after 30 days by stored in 4 ℃. The pollen germination rate was 28.30% after 150 days by stored in -20 ℃, and dead after 270 days. The pollen germination rate was 45.19% after 150 days by stored in -80 ℃, and dead after 270 days.
