东京野茉莉重要化学成分的时空分布研究

Spatial and Temporal Distribution of the Important Chemical Components in Styrax tonkinensis

  • 摘要: 以不同树龄的东京野茉莉作为研究对象,从树体不同器官提取总香脂酸、总三萜,从叶片中提取粗蛋白、纤维素和游离氨基酸等,研究各物质的分布规律,并对其含量进行差异显著性检验。结果表明:总香脂酸和总三萜在不同器官分布大致为叶片含量最高,根部次之,枝条和树干最低;随着树龄的增长,不同树龄东京野茉莉叶片总香脂酸含量呈现先上升后下降再上升的趋势;总三萜含量随着树龄的增加呈现先下降再上升再下降的变化趋势。方差分析结果表明,不同树龄东京野茉莉各器官中总香脂酸和总三萜含量的差异达到显著水平。东京野茉莉叶片中粗蛋白含量平均值为7.08%,纤维素含量平均值为15.86%,氨基酸含量平均值为2.15%,粗蛋白含量及氨基酸含量在不同树龄叶片之间的差异不显著,纤维素含量随叶龄增长而降低,且纤维素含量在不同树龄叶片之间存在显著差异。

     

    Abstract: Samples were collected from Styrax tonkinensis plants with different ages for analyzing some important chemical components. The total balsam acid and total triterpenes from different organs of S.tonkinensis were extracted and the content of crude protein, amino acids, and fiber from the leaves of S.tonkinensis were also determined. Distribution of each substance was studied, and significance of difference was tested. Results showed that: the total balsam acid and total triterpenes were the highest in leaves, followed by roots, the branches and trunks were lowest. With the increasing of tree age, the content of total balsam acid in leaf, root and shoot tented to increased first and then decline and finally increased. The content of total balsam acid in the stem decreased first, then increased and finally decreased. The content of total triterpenes in all organs showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing and finally decreasing. The results of variance analysis showed that the difference of total balsam acid and total triterpenes contents of different organs in S.tonkinensis with different ages reached significant level. The average content of crude protein in the leaves was 7.08%, the average fiber content was 15.86%, and the average content of amino acid was 2.15%. The differences between crude protein content and amino acid content in leaves were not significant among different ages. The fiber content decreased with the increasing of leaf age, and the difference of fiber contents among leaves with different age were significantly different.
