处理单宁改性脲醛树脂性能研究

Performance of the Preprocessed Tannin Modified UF

  • 摘要: 以实验室自制处理单宁添加改性UF树脂,探讨不同的添加阶段和添加量对树脂性能的影响,并借助核磁碳谱(13C-NRM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等对树脂结构及固化性能进行分析。结果表明:脲醛树脂制备工艺过程中在酸性阶段添加7%的相思单宁,对脲醛树脂改性效果较优,其游离甲醛含量下降58%,所制备刨花板的24 h吸水厚度膨胀率为11.6%,较之于未改性树脂减小37%;单宁的引入对脲醛树脂的加成、缩聚反应有一定阻碍,因而当单宁加入过量时,体系中游离甲醛含量反而增加,这与树脂基本性能测试中游离甲醛含量实验结果一致。

     

    Abstract: The pretreated tannin was used to modify the UF resin in this study. The different adding stages and amounts of tannin were studied, the DSC and the 13C-NRM were used to analyze the structure of the resins. The results showed that adding 7% of tannin at the acid stage to modify the UF resin had the best effect. By this way, the free formaldehyde content of the resin reduced 58%. The 24 h absorbing water thickness expansion rate of particle board made by this kind resin was 11.6%, it reduced 37% compared with unmodified ones. The addition reaction and polycondensation reaction were hindered by the tannin, so if the tannin was added too much, the free formaldehyde content of the modified resin would be higher than the unmodified ones.
