Abstract:
Four new varieties of
Camellia oleifera were used as materials to study rooting inhibiting substances of cuttings extract.
Brassica pekinensis seeds were used for biological effect identification test to analyze the effect of the inhibitory substances on the growth of cutting seedlings. The results showed that the acidity of the extracts of the 4 varieties was the lowest in ′Qiuxia′ and the second was in ′Chixia′. The extracts contained phenols or their derivatives, of which the content of phenols was the highest in ′Wanxia′ and the content of phenols in ′Qiuxia′ was the lowest. And there were significant differences among each varieties. The germination rate of
B. pekinensis seeds in the extract liquid was highest in ′Chixia′, and the root growth of cabbage seeds in the ′Chixia′ extract was the best while the ′Qiuxia′ 5-fold dilution of cabbage seed root growth was the best. New slightly longer, root number and root length of ′Chixia′ were the best.
