高温水热处理对马尾松木材化学成分的影响

Effects of High Temperature Hydrothermal Treatment on Chemical Constituents of Pinus massoniana

  • 摘要: 采用NREL法对纤维素、半纤维素、酸不溶木质素含量进行测定,在高温水热处理的条件下对马尾松化学成分进行分析。结果表明:纤维素在160 ℃后开始分解,在200 ℃时其含量降幅最大;半纤维素由于其分支结构和无定型组织使其热稳定差,140 ℃即开始分解;酸不溶木质素含量随水解时间的延长略有增加;高温水热处理工艺中温度和时间均是影响三大素含量的显著因素,温度的影响更显著。

     

    Abstract: The contents of cellulose, hemicellulose and acid insoluble lignin were determined by NREL. The chemical composition of Pinus massoniana was analyzed under high temperature hydrothermal treatment. The results indicated that cellulose was decomposed at 160 ℃, the maximum decomposition of its content at 200 ℃. Hemicelluloses were decomposed at 140 ℃ due to the poor thermal stability which caused by branching structure and amorphous tissue. The content of acid insoluble lignin increased slightly with the prolongation of hydrolysis time. Temperature and time were significant factors affecting the content of 3 major elements in the high temperature hydrothermal treatment, and the influence of temperature was more significant.
