12种润楠属植物叶柄解剖学特征研究

Petiole Anatomy of 12 Machilus Plants

  • 摘要: 以12种润楠属植物叶柄作为研究对象,采用石蜡切片法在光学显微镜下分别观察叶柄中部的横切面解剖特征。结果表明:12种润楠属植物中部叶柄的横切面形状可分为Ω形和马蹄形2种,上部叶柄形状可分为内凹和外凸2种,叶柄表皮细胞有长方形和近圆2种,维管束长宽比、叶柄长宽比以及下表皮到维管束相对距离比也有所不同。这些差异均可作为12种润楠属植物鉴定的辅助依据,且油细胞和粘液细胞的数量和分布区域在润楠属植物分类中也有一定的参考作用。

     

    Abstract: Petiole of 12 Machilus plants was taken as the research object. The anatomical characteristics of transverse section of the central part of petiole were observed under light microscope with paraffin section method.The results showed that the central shape of petiole of 12 Machilus can be divided into Ω shape and horseshoe shape. The types of the upper petioles shape could be fell into two broad headings, concave and convex. The shape in epidermis cells of petiole were rectangle or nearly circular, vascular bundle length-width ratio, petioles length-width ratio and lower epidermis to the vascular bundle relative distance ratio were also different, which those differences micromorphological characters could serve as one of the criteria to identify species of taxonomic Machilus. In addition, the number and distribution of oil and mucilage cells also had a certain reference role in plant classification of Machilus.
