樟叶越桔叶内生真菌的抑菌活性研究

Antimicrobial Activity of the Endophytic Fungi from the Leaves of Vaccinium dunalianum

  • 摘要: 为筛选具有抑菌活性的樟叶越桔叶内生真菌,以小麦雪腐病菌等10种植物病原真菌作为靶标菌,采用平板对峙法和生长速率法测定内生真菌的拮抗效果及其代谢产物的抑菌活性。结果表明:有10株内生真菌分别对小麦雪腐病菌、三七丝核病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、辣椒镰刀病菌和白菜黑斑病菌具有较强的抑菌活性,其中烟曲霉菌株的抗菌活性最强,对番茄灰霉病菌、辣椒镰刀病菌和三七丝核病菌的抑菌率分别为83.26%、68.82%和68.57%。

     

    Abstract: Using 10 plant pathogenic fungi as indicator strains, the antimicrobial activities of endophytic fungi isolated from the leaves of Vaccinium dunalianum were evaluated by the confrontation culture method and the growth rate method. Results showed that 10 endophytic strains had stronger antimicrobial activities against Typhla incarnate, Verticillium cinnabarium, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium solani and Alternaria brassicae, respectively. Among which, Aspergillus fumigatus VDL36 had a most significant broad-spectrum antimicrobial activities, with 83.26%, 68.82% and 68.57% of the pathogen inhibition rate on Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium solani and Vaccinium cinnabarium, respectively.
