高压脉冲电场对黄粉虫幼虫杀灭效果研究

The Effect of High Voltage Pulsed Electric Field on Killing Larvae of Flour Beetle

  • 摘要: 以黄粉虫幼虫为研究对象,以空气为介质利用高压脉冲放电设备对其在电场环境下的致死率进行实验。采用极针和极板2种电极的不同组合方式,在绝缘处理室内设置不同的电极距离,并施加电压为5、10、20 kV和50 kV的高频电脉冲,以及不同的放电时长以得到各电场环境下的黄粉虫幼虫致死率。结果表明:高电压和较小的电极间距可提高电场强度从而得到较高致死率;采用针-板电极组合方式时的杀灭效果最好;通电时长在15 s之后致死率相对稳定。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the larva of flour beetle as the object has been used in research, and it been shocked by the high voltage pulsed discharge equipment to get data of lethal rate, the experiments in air were carried out. Different combinations of needle and plate electrodes used in the test and used varying electrode spacing in the insulating chamber. The voltage scale of high frequency electric pulse set to 5 kV, 10 kV, 20 kV and 50 kV respectively. Different discharge times were also set to get the lethal rate of flour beetle under different environment of electric fields. The test results showed that the higher voltage and lower electrode gap would increase electric field strength that improved lethal rate; the needle-plane electrode had the best killing effect in this test; and the lethal rate was stable and the growth is not obvious after 15 s operation time.
