辽宁杨与青杨派树种杂交子代的苗期性状分析

Analysis on Seedling Characters of Hybrid Progeny of Populus × Liaoningensis and Section Tacamahaca

  • 摘要: 以辽宁杨、小青杨、青杨和甜杨为亲本,采用花枝土培加温生根法进行人工杂交,对杂交无性系苗期的生长节律、超亲优势及物候期进行了比较分析。结果表明:杂交共获得种子10 115粒、幼苗6 676株,出苗率为66%。各无性系苗期年生长进程均符合S型生长曲线,无性系间生长量存在极显著差异。2年生LX-6生长量最大,树高和胸径超亲优势达22.06%和42.93%,分别比CK高出35.18%和48.17%,LD-3次之;无性系内不同个体间生长量存在较大变异,变异系数最高达32.27%。各无性系物候期以封顶期极差最大38 d,展叶盛期极差最小5 d;CL-2生长期天数最长204 d,TL-13最短179 d;影响各无性系生长期长短的主要因素是后期物候期差异。

     

    Abstract: Artificial hybridization was carried out by the method of accelerating floral cuttings to root by warming the flowerpots with Populus × Liaoningensis, P.pseudo-simonii, P.cathayana, P.suaveolens. The growth rhythm, super parent advantage and phenophase of hybrid clones at seedling stage were compared and analyzed. Result showed that 10 115 seeds and 6 676 seedlings were obtained, which emergence rate was 66%. The growth rules of tree height and ground diameter accord with "S" curve. There was a significant difference in growth of the clones. The growth of LX-6 was the largest in all 2-year-old clones, with the heterobeltiosis of tree height and DBH were 22.06% and 42.93%, which were higher 35.18% and 48.17% than CK, The LD-3 takes the second place. A larger variation coefficient among different individuals in the clone was up to 32.27%. The phenological period of each clone was 38 days in the maximum cap period and 5 days in the prosperous stage of the leaf; the longest in the CL-2 growth period was 204 days, and the shortest in the TL-13 was 179 days. The influencing factors of the growth period of each clone were mainly the differences in the late phenophase.
