烤烟专用型诱导剂对烟草苗期生物学性状的影响

Effects of Special-purpose Type of Inducer on the Biological Characteristics of Tobacco Seedling

  • 摘要: 将烤烟专用型诱导抗病剂1号、2号与红花大金元育苗充分拌均,通过调查处理后烟苗的株高、基径、干质量、最大叶面积、出苗率、叶片数、地上部分鲜质量、地下部分鲜质量、地上部分干质量、地下部分干质量来说明其对烟草苗期的影响。结果表明:有机诱导抗病剂专用型1号、2号均能有效促进烟苗生长,特别是能促进烟苗株高快速增长;有机诱导抗病剂专用型1号、2号的最佳施用量为0.2 g/株;与通用型有机诱导抗病剂相比,苗期专用型更有利于漂浮育苗烟苗生长,更能进一步提高烟苗素质。

     

    Abstract: The type of special-purpose inducer No.1 and No.2 were fully mixed with Honghuadajinyuan tobacco seedlings, then the effects on tobacco seedling were illustrated by the investigation of seedling height, stem diameter, dry weight, leaf area, maximum germination rate, leaf number, shoot fresh weight, underground fresh weight, shoot dry weight and dry weight of underground part. The results showed that the sample of No.1 and No.2 could be used to promote the growth of tobacco seedlings, especially for the rapid increase in height of tobacco seedling when the organic inducer amount of No.1 and No.2 was 0.2 g/s. Compared with the common organic inducer, the inducers of special-purpose type were more conducive to the growth of tobacco seedling in floating seedling raising and to improve the quality of tobacco seedling.
