Abstract:
In order to provide strain material for development specific microbial fertilizer of
Forsythia suspense, some high efficient organic phosphate-mineralizing bacterium (OPB) were isolated and screened from the rhizosphere soils of this plant in Changzhi area, Shanxi Province. Nine high efficient OPB were screened and identified as
Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,
Stenotrophomonas rhizophila,
Pseudomonas fluorescens,
Bacillus cereus and
Klebsiella michiganensis by the method of physiological and biochemical characteristics, biology system and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. These strains could excrete siderophore and indole acetic acid (IAA). LQYJ3 and LQYJ8 could produce NH
3. LQYJ3 and LQYJ4 had properties of HCN production. LQYJ2 and LQYJ5 had properties of nitrogen fixation. Moreover, LQYJ6, LQYJ7 and LQYJ8 possess 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid (ACC) deaminase activity. Consequently, rhizosphere soils of
F.suspense contain a variety of OPB with different growth promoting characteristics.
