链格孢菌毒素对中国月季主要营养物质含量的影响

Effects of Alternaria Toxin on the Contents of Nutrients in Rosa chinensis

  • 摘要: 用链格孢菌毒素细交链孢菌酮酸(TeA)处理中国月季叶片后,用凯氏定氮法、烘干法、蒽酮比色法和电感偶合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)分别测定处理2、6、10、14、20 d后,处理部位叶片和位于处理叶片上方和下方的叶片中蛋白质、水分、可溶性糖和矿质元素的含量。结果表明:与健康叶片相比,用TeA处理后的叶片其蛋白质、水分和可溶性糖含量均明显下降,蛋白质含量变化较复杂,在处理6 d后,其含量显著增加,之后又随处理时间的增加而降低。蛋白质含量从208.41 mg/g降低至45.09 mg/g;水分含量从77.36%下降到69.56%,下降了7.79%;可溶性糖含量从12.58 mg/g降低到8.45 mg/g。中国月季用链格孢菌毒素TeA处理后多种矿质元素含量发生变化,Ca、Mg、K、S、P、Zn等元素含量降低,Al、Cu、Mn、Na等元素含量升高。并且TeA处理具有空间效应,对位于处理部位上方和下方的叶片的营养元素都有影响。

     

    Abstract: Rosa chinensis was treated with tenuazonic acid (TeA) toxin of Alternaria tenuissima. To determine the content of protein, water, soluble sugar and elements in treated and above and below treatment site leaves of R.chinensis after 2, 6, 10, 14, 20 days. The methods are: Kjeldahl method, drying method, anthrone colorimetric method and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-OES). The findings indicated that compared with healthy leaves, the contents of protein, water and soluble sugar in leaves treated with TeA decreased significantly. The change of protein content is complex, after 6 days treatment, the content of protein increased significantly, then it decreases with the increase of treated time. Protein content decreased from 208.41 mg/g to 145.09 mg/g; Moisture content decreased from 77.36% to 69.56%, dropped by 7.79%; Soluble sugar content decreased from 12.58 mg/g to 8.45 mg/g. After treated by the A.tenuissima toxin TeA, the content of mineral elements in rose leaves have changed, Ca, Mg, K, S, P, Zn et al decreased, but Al, Cu, Mn, Na et al increased. The toxin TeA treatment has a spatial effect, which affects the nutrient above and below the treated leaves.
