基于XPS的马尾松褐腐降解研究

Biodegradation of Pinus massoniana by Brown-rot Fungi Based on X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy

  • 摘要: 采用XPS分析马尾松素材及其防腐处理试件表面氧碳比(O/C)前后差异、C1s谱峰变化情况,评估香樟木质部蒸馏水提取物和樟脑防腐剂处理马尾松试样的耐腐效果。结果表明:褐腐后试样相比腐朽前表面C1s峰面积增加,O/C比减小,C1峰面积增大而C2减小,可见褐腐菌对各试样均有一定的降解效果;樟脑防腐剂处理马尾松试件褐腐后的O/C高于马尾松素材,C2降低幅度最小,而香樟木质部蒸馏水提取物处理马尾松试件褐腐后的O/C小于马尾松素材,C2降低幅度最大,证明樟脑处理马尾松试样对密粘褶菌具有一定的抑制效果,而香樟木质部蒸馏水提取物的防腐效果不明显。

     

    Abstract: X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis was used for reflecting the ratio of the surface oxygen to carbon (O/C) and the changes of C1s peaks between Pinus massoniana samples and preservative treated samples. Infer the corrosion effect of samples which was treated with distilled water extractives from the xylem of Cinnamomum camphora as well as camphor. The results showed that P.massoniana samples treating with preservatives after decayed which compared to the samples without decayed. The surface C1s peak area increased, the O/C ratio decreased, the increased of C1 peak area and C2 reduced. So, the brown-rot fungi to the degradation of each sample all have certain effect. The samples treated with camphor preservative after brown rot had higher O/C ratio than P.massoniana decayed wood and the reduction degree of C2 was smallest. However, the O/C ratio of samples treated with distilled water extractives from the xylem of C.camphora was less than P.massoniana decayed wood and the reduction degree of C2 was largest. All results above indicated that samples treated with camphor had some anti-fungal effect to brown-rot fungi, while distilled water extractives had no anti-fungi effect.
