宾川特有脐橙与血橙精油成分分析

Comparative Essential Oil Composition of Navel Orange and Blood Orange Breed in Binchuan

  • 摘要: 为研究云南宾川特有脐橙与血橙的精油成分特征,采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取2种橙子的精油,利用GC-MS定性定量分析精油的化学成分。结果表明:出油率分别为0.65%和0.61%;从宾川脐橙和血橙精油中分别鉴别出10种和5种化合物,主要成分为柠檬烯,含量分别为97.067%和98.397%。

     

    Abstract: Essential oil was extracted respectively from navel orange and blood orange of Yunnan by using steam distillation method. The chemical compositions of the essential oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The findings indicated that the extraction rate of essential oil was 0.65% and 0.61% respectively. And we identified 10 compounds in the essential oil from navel orange and 5 compounds from blood orange. The content of limonene accounted for 97.067% and 98.397% in navel orange and blood orange respectively.
