川滇无患子经济及产量性状变异分析

The Variation Analysis of the Fruit′s Economic and Yield Character of the Sapindus delavayi

  • 摘要: 采用差异性及系统聚类分析方法, 研究了42株川滇无患子经济和产量性状及其相关性。结果表明:川滇无患子各经济性状间均呈线性正相关关系; 单位面积冠幅产量、果核质量和果核厚在产地间差异不显著, 果核横径、果形指数和含油率差异显著, 其他各性状间差异均极显著。安宁1#种仁含油率最大, 为43.19%, 嵩明6#最小, 为28.69%;种仁含油率变异系数达到了9.10%, 变异幅度较大。出仁率、果核纵、横径均与种仁含油率呈显著或极显著相关关系; 果实及种子三径均与经纬度呈负相关关系; 果核侧径、纵径及种形指数均与年平均温度呈显著或极显著正相关关系。川滇无患子根据单位面积冠幅产量性状进行聚类, 划分为3类, 单位面积冠幅产量超过2 000.0 g/m2的聚为第Ⅰ类, 单位面积冠幅产量为1 500.0~1 900.0 g/m2的聚为第Ⅱ类, 单位面积冠幅产量低于1 400.0 g/m2的聚为第Ⅲ类。

     

    Abstract: The economic and yield traits of 42 Sapindus delavayi cultivars and their correlations were analyzed by means of difference analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that there were linear positive correlations between the fruit economic traits of S.delavayi; There was no significant difference among crown yield per unit area, fruit kernel quality and fruit kernel thickness.There were significant differences in fruit size, fruit shape index and oil content among other traits.The maximum oil content was 43.19%(Anning 1#), the minimum oil content was 28.69%(Songming 6#), the coefficient of variation of kernel oil content reached 9.10%, and the variation range was significant.Correlation analysis of traits showed that kernel rate, kernel length and diameter were significantly or very significantly correlated with oil content of seed kernel.The correlation analysis of each trait and geographical climatic factors showed that the 3 traits of fruit and 3 diameters of seed were negatively correlated with latitude and longitude, which indicated that the 3 diameters of fruit and 3 diameters of seed showed the trend of reverse change with the change of latitude and longitude.The lateral diameter, longitudinal diameter and shape index of the fruit core were significantly or very significantly positively correlated with the annual average temperature, indicating that the kernel size varied with temperature.Cluster analysis of 42 S.delavayi using 16 traits showed that S.delavayi was clustered according to crown yield per unit area and was divided into three groups.Among them, the crown production of more than 2 000.0 g/m2 per unit area was classified as Class Ⅰ, the unit output of the crown production between 1 500.0-1 900.0 g/m2 was classified as Class Ⅱ, and the output per unit area of the crown production less than 1 400.0 g/m2 was classified as ClassⅢ.
