不同基质和基肥对旱冬瓜扦插及扦插苗移植的影响

Effects of Different Substrates and Base Fertilizers on the Cuttings and Cutting Seedlings Transplanting of Alnus nepalensis

  • 摘要: 采用随机区组试验,研究了8种育苗基质对旱冬瓜扦插生根及其移植后生长的影响。结果表明:不同育苗基质显著影响旱冬瓜穗条扦插的生根率,T1和T5的扦插生根率显著高于其他处理,最高达34.44%,但对扦插穗条的生根数影响不显著;8种育苗基质极显著影响旱冬瓜扦插苗移植后的新叶萌发、苗高和主根生长,但对移植后的成活率影响不显著,T1对其移植后生长最有利;8种基肥极显著影响旱冬瓜扦插苗移植后的成活率、新叶萌发、苗高和主根生长,筛选出Tb为最优基肥。

     

    Abstract: A randomized block experiment was conducted to study the effects of 8 kinds of nursery substrates on the rooting and growth of Alnus nepalensis after transplanting.Results showed that different seedling substrates significantly affected the rooting rate of cuttings.The rooting rate of T1 and T5 were significantly higher than those of other treatments, with a maximum of 34.44% for T1 while there was no significant effect on the number of rooting of cuttings.The 8 kinds of nursery substrates significantly affected the new leaf germination, seedling height, and root growth 8 after transplanting, but the survival rate after transplanting was not significant, and T1 was the most favorable for the growth after transplantation.The eight basic fertilizers significantly affected the survival rate, the new leaf germination, the seedling height, and the main root growth, and Tb was selected as the optimal base fertilizer.
