软木复合结构建筑柱体耐火性能研究

  • 摘要: 为了提升现代木结构建筑的柱体耐火性能,采用耐火性优异的AMORIM葡萄牙软木板,分别对工程中常用的6种不同木柱和钢柱结构件进行耐火性能测试。结果表明:葡萄牙软木板越厚,其与木柱的复合结构件的耐火极限时间则越长;在同厚度的葡萄牙软木板保护下,软木板与钢柱结合的复合结构件的防火作用优于与木柱结合的复合结构件;有葡萄牙软木板保护的防火复合结构柱件在火灾中不会产生高温滴落物,可防止其对人身财产造成危害。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve fire resistance of column in the modern wood structure houses, The fire resistance of 6 different wooden and steel column structures were tested by using the Amorim Portuguese cork board with excellent fire resistance. The findings indicated that the thicker the Amorim Portuguese cork board, the longer the fire resistance limit time of the composite structure. The fire resistance of composite structure with cork board and steel column is better than that of composite structure with wooden column. The fire resistant composite column with Amorim Portuguese cork board will not produce high temperature dripping in fire, and it can guarantee the personal property.
