Abstract:
The composition and content of amino acids of
Diaphragma juglandis fructus of 14 cultivars from Yunnan were determined and analyzed, principal component analysis was conducted, and based on the analysis, the amino acids of these studied the cultivars were comprehensively evaluated. Result showed that the quality fraction of amino acids ranged from 0.005% to 0.666%, with the variation coefficient of 25.01%-87.68%. The comprehensive scores of amino acids of 14 cultivars were ranked as 'Xixiang'>'Yunxin 303'>'Huaning Dashake'>'Yunxin 306'>'YunxinGaoyuan'>'Ludian Dama No.1'>'DayaoSantai'>'Yunxin 301'>'Yunxin 36'>'Huaning Dabaike'>'Yuan Boluo'>'Niangqing'>'Yongpao No.1'>'Ludian Dama No.2'.
