木醋液对樟幼苗土壤特性的影响

Effects of Pyroligneous Acid on Soil Properties of Cinnamomum camphora Seedlings

  • 摘要: 为研究木醋液对改善樟幼苗土壤的效果,以1 a生盆栽樟幼苗为试验材料,分别施用0% (CK)、0.2%、1%、5%浓度的木醋液,检测其幼苗栽培土壤的pH值、电导率值、有机质含量,分析脲酶、过氧化氢酶、转化酶、中性磷酸酶和蛋白酶活性。结果表明:不同木醋液浓度的处理在培养初期均可提高樟幼苗土壤转化酶、中性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性,抑制脲酶和蛋白酶活性。培养35 d后,1%浓度木醋液处理对改善樟幼苗土壤环境效果最好,其pH值比对照低1.75%,电导率值分别比对照低2.85%,中性磷酸酶活性分别比对照降低41.85%,有机质含量分别比对照高31.97%,转化酶活性分别比对照高71.72%,脲酶活性分别比对照高9.92%,蛋白酶活性分别比对照高67.32%,过氧化氢酶活性分别比对照高76.85%。因此,1%为木醋液改善樟幼苗土壤特性的最佳浓度。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the effects of pyroligneous acid on soil properties of Cinnamomum camphora seedlings, the C. camphora seedlings of 1-year potted were treated with 0%, 0.2%, 1% and 5% of pyroligneous, respectively. The pH, conductivity, organic matter content, urease, catalase, sucrose enzyme, neutral phosphatase and protease activity of the seedlings soil were detected and analyzed. The results showed that the soil conversion enzyme, neutral phosphatase and catalase activity of C. camphora seedlings were increased in the early stage of culture, while the urease and protease activity were inhibited. After 35 d cultivation, 1% concentration of pyroligneous solution was the best for improving the soil properties of C.camphora seedlings. Its pH value was 1.75% lower than that of control, the conductivity was 2.85% lower than control, and neutral phosphatase activity was 41.85% lower than control, respectively. The content of organic matter was 31.97% higher than control. The conversion enzyme activity was 71.72% higher than the control, the urease activity was 9.92% higher than the control, the protease activity was 67.32% higher than the control, and the catalase activity was 76.85% higher than the control. Therefore, 1% was the best concentration for improving the soil properties of C. camphora seedlings.
