云南主栽核桃品种坚果品质比较及综合评价

Comparison and Comprehensive Evaluation of Nut Quality of Main Juglans sigillata Varieties in Yunnan

  • 摘要: 以云南8个主栽核桃品种的坚果作为实验材料,分别对坚果品质指标进行LSD差异显著性分析、变异性分析、相关性分析及主成分因子分析。结果表明:核桃坚果三径均值最大的是云新核桃;漾泡核桃具有最大的单果质量、单果仁质量和径仁率,分别为13.70 g,7.14 g,2.03;细香核桃具有最大的出仁率,为55.36%;小圆果种壳最薄,为0.85 mm。8个核桃品种之间在坚果三径均值、单果质量、单果仁质量、出仁率、径仁率、壳厚方面差异性显著,核桃内含物粗脂肪含量差异不显著,蛋白质含量差异性较小;核桃坚果品质指标的坚果单果质量、单果仁质量、径仁率、壳厚及蛋白质含量的变异系数较大,其他指标变异较小,且各个品种的不同指标变异程度不同。根据贡献率权重综合评判得出漾泡核桃的坚果品质综合F值为0.294 56,得分最高,品质优良;其次是细香核桃和云新核桃。

     

    Abstract: Based on the nuts of 8 main Juglans sigillata varieties in Yunnan Province, the LSD difference analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and principal component factor analysis were carried out respectively. The results indicate that 'Yunxin' shows the largest mean 3 nut diameters, 'Yangpao' shows the largest single nut mass, kernel mass and kernel mass per centimeter, 13.70 g, 7.14 g, 2.03 respectively, 'Xixiang' shows the largest kernel rate, 55.36%, 'Xiaoyuanguo' shows the thinnest shell thickness, 0.85 mm. Mean 3 nutdiameters, single nut mass, kernel mass, kernel rate, kernel mass per centimeter and shell thickness among 8 J.sigillata varieties show significant differences, but the content of crude fat and protein content don′t show significant differences. Variance analysis shows that the indexes of single nut mass, kernel mass kernel mass per centimeter, shell thickness and protein content have larger variation coefficient, the other indexes have less variation, and each varieties has different variation degree. Because of the strong correlation between nut quality indexes, the dimension factor analysis of nut quality was carried out, according to the contribution rate, comprehensively evaluated that the 'Yangpao' has the highest comprehensive F value is 0.294 56, has good quality, followed by 'Xixiang' and 'Yunxin'.
