PEG加固处理木质遗存变色的原因探析

Analysis on Discoloration Causes of Woody Relics Reinforced by PEG

  • 摘要: 采用不同的PEG加固处理方法,通过宏观、微观分析、Lab值检测等,探析不同PEG加固方法与木质遗存变色之间的相关关系,对研究木质遗存的腐朽程度和机制具有重要的参考意义。结果表明:缓冲溶液对加固后木质遗存材色加深有抑制作用,草酸盐缓冲溶液浸泡的试样材色最接近木材本色;用草酸盐溶液处理加固木质遗存的效果优于EDTA-2Na和PVP溶液,其试样更易制作木材切片。

     

    Abstract: Different methods were used by PEG to treat the woody relics, the analysis of macrostructure and microstructure, Lab were used to study the relationship of color and luster change between different PEG molecular weight reinforced woody relics directly. This is of great significance for studying the decay degree and mechanism of woody relics. The study showed that the buffer solution had inhibitory effect for color deepened of woody relics after reinforcement. The color of the sample treated with oxalate buffer solution is closest to the natural color of wood. The effect of reinforcing woody relics which using the oxalate solution to process sample was better than using EDTA-2Na and PVP solutions, and the sample is more suitable for making wood section.
