正交胶合木(CLT)防火性能的研究

Review on Fire-resistant Performance of Cross-laminated Timber (CLT)

  • 摘要: 通过资料整理,介绍了目前关于CLT防火性能的研究现状;重点分析了在木材炭化、胶黏剂性能、组胚类型、荷载条件等因素变化下,CLT防火性能和力学性能的变化情况;提出在火灾条件下CLT的物理力学性能变化研究需重点关注,今后可以将新材料运用于CLT结构中,并建立准确的CLT计算机力学模型,能够准确的预测出在不同条件下不同CLT的防火性能及物理性能变化情况。

     

    Abstract: The current research status of the fire performance of CLT is introduced by data analysis. This study focuses on the fire performances and mechanical properties of CLT, when the influence factors such as charring rate, adhesive, ply configuration, loading condition are changing. It is proposed that the study of the changes of physical and mechanical properties of CLT under fire conditions should be focused. We can also apply some new materials to the CLT construction, and establish accurate computer mechanics models for CLT, to predict the fire performances and physical properties of the CLT under different conditions perfectly.
