单宁基泡沫材料的研究进展

Research Advance of Tannin Based Foam Materials

  • 摘要: 通过国内外对单宁基泡沫材料的研究进展进行综述,发现国外的研究主要集中在制备工艺和基本性能以及复合型单宁基泡沫材料的研制,而我国的单宁基泡沫材料研发起步较晚,且未形成完整的研究体系。目前,相关研究仍缺乏化学反应机理的指导,同时单宁基泡沫改性及单宁复合原料的使用将是今后研究的热点。依托我国丰富的单宁栲胶资源,探索适合我国特色单宁栲胶泡沫材料的工艺路线,将为我国单宁基材料的产业化应用提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on the review of the research progress of tannin-based foam materials at home and abroad, it is found that the research abroad mainly focused on the preparation process and basic properties as well as the development of tannin-based compound foam materials, but the related research and development in China started late and didn′t form a complete research system. At present, the relevant research still lacks the guidance of chemical reaction mechanism. At the same time, the modification of tannin-based foam and the utilization of tannin-based compound materials will be the focus of the future research. Based on the abundant tannin extract resources in China, the processing route of tannin extract foam materials is explored, which will provide the theoretical basis for the industrialization application of tannin-based materials in China.
